Early Bird and Cancellation of Registrations

The Early Bird discount on two-day registrations is valid for registrations received before 31/10/2024 (11:59 pm). The full registration fee applies from 01/11/2024 until registrations close on 1/05/2025 (00:01 am).

Single-day registrations do not have an Early Bird discount.

Registrants can cancel their registration for the 2025 AABC Convention with refunds provided under the following conditions:

Registration Fees

• Cancelled registrations (Two days, Saturday-only, Sunday-only) before 1/5/2025 will be refunded (Registration and other booked events) MINUS a cancellation fee of $50.
• Cancellation of two-day registrations after 1/5/2025 will be refunded MINUS a cancellation fee of $220.
• Cancellation of single-day registrations after 1/5/2025 will be refunded MINUS a cancellation fee of $140.

Other Booked Activities

• After 1/5/2025, catered Masterclasses and Workshops will be refunded MINUS a cancellation fee of $50.
• After 1/5/2025, there will be no refunds for the Welcome Reception and Convention Dinner.
